Free delivery points
UPF-BSM Store offers you a free delivery system for your orders to a specific point near the city centre. You can pick up your order at:
Deliveries at this delivery point are made once a week, from Monday to Friday. You will receive an email with the date from which the order can be collected (maximum 8 days from the purchase unless otherwise stated).
Home delivery with postage paid by the user
UPF-BSM Store also offers you a delivery system with postage paid by the user to send your orders to the address that suits you.
If you choose this type of delivery DO NOT FORGET to indicate your delivery address in the “Delivery address” section of step “3. Order“, activating the corresponding option on the form.
Choose a shipping address where someone can accept the delivery.
Remember that the UPF-BSM Store allows you to send your order to an address other than the billing address. This information must be entered on a different form.
What to do if your order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive at the address you have indicated and you registered previously or during the purchase, you can check the status of the order through the virtual platform or contact us through the Contact page.
If your order does not arrive at the address you indicated and you did not register as a user of the UPF-BSM Store before placing your order, then please contact us using the Contact page.
